The inspection for Permanent Affiliation by the Mizoram University Inspection Team was conducted at Mizoram Christian College on 9^th June 2026. The inspection team comprised of ten expert members headed by a Convener.

The programme commenced with a formal welcome by the Principal, Dr. Tawnenga, who presented an overview of the institution, highlighting its history, vision, achievements, infrastructure, student support services, and future development plans. The IQAC Coordinator, Dr. H. Zohmingmawia, then presented the IQAC Report, highlighting the institution's quality assurance initiatives, best practices, accomplishments, and continuous improvement measures undertaken by the College.

Following the presentations, the Convener convened the inspection process wherein the respective subject experts conducted detailed evaluations of their assigned departments in accordance with the affiliation requirements of Mizoram University.

After the departmental inspections, the team reconvened for the Exit Meeting held in the afternoon. During the Exit Meeting, the Convener and subject experts shared their observations and recommendations. The expert team acknowledged the significant improvements made by the College since the previous inspection conducted three years ago and expressed appreciation for the quality and competence of the faculty members. Overall, the College received positive feedback regarding its academic standards, institutional development, and quality assurance initiatives.

The proceedings concluded with closing remarks and a formal expression of gratitude by the IQAC Asst. Coordinator, Ms. Lalawmpuii Khiangte. The successful completion of the inspection marks another significant milestone for MCC, reflecting the College's sustained progress, commitment to quality education, and readiness for continued institutional growth.
