Department of Management: Peractio Course on 'Communication & Soft Skills' Module 2

On 11^th March 2026, the Department of Management, Mizoram Christian College, conducted the second session of “Communication & Soft Skills – Module 2” for the 6th Semester students as part of the MCC Department of Management Peractio Lecture Series, a skill-based initiative aimed at enhancing the professional competencies and employability skills of students.

The session focused on key aspects of interview preparation, including effective strategies and techniques for facing interviews, professional etiquette, and appropriate communication protocols in formal and professional settings. The objective of the session was to equip students with practical knowledge and confidence required to navigate recruitment processes and workplace interactions.

Mr. Lalramliana Varte from Stage Ready was the invited resource person for the session, who shared valuable insights and practical guidance drawn from professional experience.
