Department of Commerce Peractio Class on Professional and Business Writing Skills

The Department of Commerce, Mizoram Christian College, organised a peractio class on "Professional and Business Writing Skills" for its students on 25th September 2026 from 1:30-2:30 pm. The session was conducted by Dr Lawmsangzuali, Faculty,Department of English, MCC.

The class focused on writing and improving CVs, Cover Letters, professional emails, business letters, reports, and minutes of meetings, with emphasis on professional ethics, clarity, accuracy, and responsible communication. Students were also guided on the importance of building a strong professional profile by acquiring relevant certificates, undertaking skill-based courses, and actively seeking internships and employment opportunities, thereby strengthening their employability and supporting their long-term professional growth.
