Under the leadership of Agripreneur Club Coordinator Dr. Lalthansanga C, on August 24, 2024 at Sairang, we bought lemons. With high enthusiasm and joy, the club members extracted the juice, and the extracted juice was successfully sold. The members greatly enjoyed the experience.

Green Library Week: Hilltop Stories

On October 11, 2024, the Literature Club celebrated Green Library Week with an event titled “Hilltop Stories” at Lalsavunga Park, Hlimen, Aizawl. The special guest was Ahmangaihi Khiangte, author of “Pangparhnima” (MAL Book of the year, 2023.” Who inspired attendees with literal journey.

The programme featured poetry readings, a book discussion on “Pangparhnima”. The event successfully fostered creativity and literary appreciation leaving participants with a memorable experience.

A Day of Poetry and Coffee

On August 23, 2024, the Literature Club organised an engaging literary event titled “A Day of Poetry and Coffee” event which took place at “In Lehkha” Chaltlang. The activities included:

  2. Talk on publishing and Bookshop Ventures.

Highlight of the event – Poetry reading and Competition.

1st Prize: Lalrinngheti (4th Semester, Department of Mizo)

2nd Prize: Lalpekhlui (6th Semester, Department of English)

3rd Prize: Erin Lalnghilhlovi (6th Semester, Department of English

Exploration of Zo Khua and Historical Sites

The 11th of October 2024 was announced as Club Day for every Club of the College by the Principal. The Chuailo Cultural Club spent the day for exploring the typical village “Zo Khua” ( Falkawn) and other historical sites such as; Sibuta Lung (Tachhip), Kaphleia Thlan (Tachhip) & Tual Vung & Zawlpala Thlantlang( Phulpui). Special lectures was given by Sir PC Lalngaihzuala at Zo khua . Dr Lalhlimpuii gave special lectures at Sibuta lung . 16 students and 3 faculty members were present
